SHIPPING COSTS
Most of our orders will be shipped by parcel shipping. For most countries we ship with PostNL parcel. Because we ship life products where time can be of the essence, we also offer premium and faster shipping with UPS. At the checkout shipping costs will be calculated based on the size, weight and destination of the order. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the order.

TRACKING SHIPMENT
When you choose parcel shipping, you can follow your shipment. You will receive an e-mail from us with a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our door. Then you can follow status of your delivery within 24 hours via the website of the carrier.
DELIVERY
The carriers for parcel shipping choose their own schedule for deliveries. Remember that you need to be present at the delivery address during working days from 9 till 5 in order to receive your order. It remains your responsibility to make arrangements for the way that the order is received at the delivery address.
Orders we sent by envelope will arrive, even if you are not at home.
RETURN
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel their order and return their purchase for any reason or no reason at all, even when the product or service works as advertised. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. First contact us per e-mail before returning the package to the following address:
